At HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L, we are seeking a skilled Sales Relationship Consultant to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can develop new prospects and build strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Deliver on sales and customer satisfaction objectives, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain good relationships with customers by answering their questions, introducing or referring them to the appropriate person, and ensuring they are aware of all available products and services.
  • Resolution and Escalation: Resolve customer complaints with sensitivity, involving others when needed, and address customer hesitation and resistance.
  • Transaction Management: Calculate cost allowances, fees, financing costs, and down payments to arrive at the price of a vehicle, ensuring accurate documentation and registration of vehicle transactions.
  • Customer Retention: Conduct memorable handovers with customers, network by asking for referrals and following up on prospects, and communicate with customers periodically to maintain positive relationships.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in the sales field or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Languages: Bilingual - good command of both English and Arabic.
  • Skill Set: Ability to solve practical problems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer-oriented, and high level of selling and convincing skills.
  • Team Player: Possesses a high level of teamwork and collaboration skills.
