**Job Overview**

Al-Bahar is seeking a skilled Key Account Sales Development Specialist to join our team in Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and qualifying key accounts in your assigned territory.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Proactively manage and qualify key accounts by contacting customers through disciplined phone call campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate customer account and contact information to target assigned customers for sales and promotions.
  • Track specific account and territory goals while promoting all aspects of the Dealership.
  • Document achievements in the CRM system, including customer calls, updates, and opportunities.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):**

  • Achieve sales and coverage targets as per the Annual Business Plan.
  • Develop and maintain a strong positive relationship with customers and fellow employees for a smooth process flow.
  • Identify sales opportunities and promote Sales Campaigns and Events.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
