Travel Sales Director

Role Overview
The Travel Sales Director will be responsible for driving exceptional sales and service outcomes, backed by the strategic direction from the Executive Chairman. This role focuses on optimizing sales performance from initial inquiries and actively pursuing new business opportunities to supplement incoming leads.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to boost revenue growth for Flytern's travel offerings.
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with the Human Capital department to build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing training and support to ensure product knowledge is up-to-date.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets through proactive lead generation, effective account management, and innovative marketing initiatives.
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key clients, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure seamless transitions of new customers to account management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism, business management, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, sales, operations, or a related field, with at least 4 years of leadership experience.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing teams, and developing effective sales strategies.
