Job Description

As a Kuwait Territory Sales Specialist with Al-Bahar, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the region. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and qualify accounts within your assigned territory through disciplined phone call campaigns, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.

Key Accountabilities:
1. Proactively contact customers in your territory to maintain consistent communication, making regular calls on a daily, weekly, monthly, or semi-annual basis to achieve targeted call numbers per week.
2. Accurately record and maintain customer account and contact information, as well as machine population data, to support targeted sales and promotions efforts, while tracking specific account and territory goals.
3. Promote all aspects of Al-Bahar's business, including new and used machines, material handling equipment, and rental services, to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
4. Document all customer interactions, calls, and activities in the CRM system, ensuring seamless integration and visibility across teams.
5. Develop and qualify leads for equipment and material handling solutions, collaborating closely with the Sales Manager for further action and strategic planning.
6. Foster strong, positive relationships with customers and colleagues (PSSR/machine/engine sales reps) to ensure smooth process flow and mutual success.
7. Identify and promote sales opportunities, participating in sales campaigns and events to drive business growth and customer engagement.
8. Ensure timely follow-up with customers until closure, either directly or in collaboration with the Sales Manager, to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
9. Align with the company's Annual Business Plan to achieve sales and coverage targets, promoting a positive brand image and adhering to Caterpillar and Al-Bahar values.
10. Adhere to all relevant standing instructions, company policies, and QHSE procedures to maintain a safe, environmentally friendly, and hazard-free work environment.
