About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a Sales Team Lead and Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients to expand the customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support sales efforts
  • Coach and train sales team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and effective sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret sales data and metrics
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive sales initiatives
