About the Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished sales and business development professional to spearhead growth initiatives in Kuwait's building materials sector.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in technical sales, product specifications, and value-add selling within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic relationships with key clients, consultancies, and contractors across Kuwait's construction segment
  • Identify and pursue high-value projects that align with client needs and company goals
  • Cultivate a strong local network amongst end clients, consultancies, and contractors in the buildings and construction sector
  • Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and revenue expansion

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 10 years of experience in technical sales and business development within Kuwait's building materials segment for the construction industry
  • Proven track record of success in product specifications and value-add/value-engineering selling
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Arabic language
  • Degree education and seniority level: Mid-Senior level
