Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Brink's Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and closing new business opportunities through a consultative approach to selling our services and integrated solutions.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, with a proven track record of over-achieving sales targets. They will also have working knowledge of CRM systems, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a valid Kuwait driving license. Additionally, the candidate should hold a transferable Kuwait residency/visa and have outdoor sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: The successful candidate will be expected to consistently meet and exceed their sales targets, growing revenue and expanding our customer base.
  2. Create Business from New and Existing Client Accounts: Our ideal candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as nurture and develop existing client relationships to drive growth and revenue.
  3. Manage Complex Negotiations: We are looking for someone who can effectively manage complex negotiations with clients, leveraging their expertise and industry knowledge to secure deals and grow our business.
  4. Build Rapport and Establish Long-Term Relationships: Building strong relationships with clients is crucial in this role. The successful candidate will be able to establish trust and rapport with clients, leading to long-term partnerships and continued business growth.
  5. Prepare and Submit Proposals and Quotations: Our ideal candidate will be skilled at preparing and submitting high-quality proposals and quotations that meet client needs and exceed their expectations.
  6. Handle Client Queries and Complaints: Effective communication is key in this role. The successful candidate will be able to handle client queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' quota-carrying sales experience
