As an Account Growth Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in implementing the Oracle Cloud strategy across your territory, driving transformational deals, and building long-term relationships with customers.

Job Description:

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of accounts and deals in their territory, developing high-level connections and influencing business decisions. You'll work closely with our sales functions to identify new business opportunities, expand existing relationships, and drive growth through strategic partnerships.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute territory-specific strategies to drive Oracle Cloud adoption and revenue growthBuild strong relationships with C-level decision-makers and other key stakeholders to drive business outcomesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver targeted sales plans and pitchesStay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of sales success, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
