Business Development Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Sales Professional to join our team in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage and qualify assigned customer accounts through disciplined phone call campaigns, ensuring accurate customer account and contact information.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers via regular calls, achieving targeted call numbers per week, and documenting all interactions in the CRM system.
- Develop and qualify leads for Equipment or Material Handling, collaborating with the Sales Manager for further action.
- Build and maintain strong positive relationships with customers and colleagues, ensuring a smooth process flow.
- Identify sales opportunities, promote Sales Campaigns and Events, and follow up with customers until closure or with support from the Sales Manager.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent phone handling skills, with a focus on quality interactions and effective issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, with experience in data entry and management.
