Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Sales Professional to join our team in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage and qualify assigned customer accounts through disciplined phone call campaigns, ensuring accurate customer account and contact information.
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers via regular calls, achieving targeted call numbers per week, and documenting all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Develop and qualify leads for Equipment or Material Handling, collaborating with the Sales Manager for further action.
  • Build and maintain strong positive relationships with customers and colleagues, ensuring a smooth process flow.
  • Identify sales opportunities, promote Sales Campaigns and Events, and follow up with customers until closure or with support from the Sales Manager.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent phone handling skills, with a focus on quality interactions and effective issue resolution.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, with experience in data entry and management.
