Job Description:

At Al-Bahar, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Account Management Professional to join our team in Kuwait. This individual will be responsible for proactively managing and qualifying accounts in their assigned territory by conducting disciplined phone call campaigns and updating customer accounts with complete information.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain consistent contact with customers through regular calls and achieve targeted numbers of calls per week.
  • Accurately maintain customer account and contact information as well as machine population to support sales and promotions efforts.
  • Promote all aspects of the Dealership, including machines, material handling equipment, and rental services.
  • Document all achievements in terms of customer calls and other activities in the CRM system.
  • Develop and qualify leads for equipment or material handling and communicate with the Sales Manager for further action.
  • Maintain strong positive relationships with customers and fellow employees for smooth process flow.
  • Promote sales campaigns and events and identify sales opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Achieve sales and coverage targets as agreed in the Annual Business Plan.
  • Maintain professional conduct to protect the integrity of Caterpillar brand and Al-Bahar image.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Promote safety awareness and ensure adherence to HSE policy to maintain a hazard-free environment.
