Job Description

This position requires a proactive approach to sales, ensuring that the needs of clients are met while driving revenue growth for the company. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the food and beverage industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

The Key Account Salesman plays a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients within the food and beverage sector. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients within the food and beverage sector
  • Conducting regular meetings and presentations to showcase product offerings and benefits
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional strategies tailored to key accounts
  • Monitoring sales performance and preparing reports to track progress against targets

Preferred Candidate Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Kuwait (FMCG)
  • Kuwait driving license
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
