Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Sales Specialist to join our team in Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the local strategy and acting as support to the local sales teams in close coordination with the Trade Sales Manager.

The scope of the job includes ensuring operational activities required for the selling process are under control, fulfilling reactive customer needs on a daily basis, and coordinating with cross-functions to ensure there are no operational challenges related to supply chain, finance, and marketing activities.

You will also be responsible for adding new valuable customers/trade partners to our network, finding solutions and leads for trade partners to improve the trade business across the country, and implementing tasks related to shop openings.

Additionally, you will handle customer enquiries effectively, use and seek opportunities as part of the lead generation process, and support marketing teams in implementing activities/NS launches/promotions, pricing, portfolios, etc.

The Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include meeting budgets in terms of revenue/volume/gross margins and achieving strategic KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a retail environment
  • Familiarity with Sales Systems, e.g., CRM
  • Superior problem-solving skills
  • Ability to resolve operational challenges
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, service-oriented, and customer-focused
