Business Development Executive for OOH Sales

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team and focus on new business development in the Out-of-Home (OOH) sector, specifically targeting Hotels & Restaurants. As a successful candidate, you will have the ability to utilize solution selling skills to thoroughly understand customers' business needs and recommend IFFCO products that address those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate the IFFCO brand story and value proposition to customers
  • Identify and acquire new Food Service accounts through targeted leads, cold-calling, and strategic sales approaches
  • Drive revenue and achieve sales targets by expanding the customer base both horizontally (new clients) and vertically (increasing existing account potential)
  • Provide accurate and timely monthly sales forecasts

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales role within the HORECA segment of the FMCG industry
  • Bachelor's Degree holder with relevant specialization
  • Competencies include Sales Planning, Technical Sales, Commercial acumen, Teamwork, Consumer Behavior, B2B and B2C Consumer Communication
