At Al Jahdhami, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to lead our Key Account Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization and contribute to driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a proven track record in business development and account management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing key client relationships to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new deals
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase revenue and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the IT industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Arabic language proficiency required
