Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Management Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business relationships with potential clients to boost sales, profitability, and market share. This includes examining accounting's role in business operations, maintaining a continuous commercial relationship with partners, and providing exceptional support and assistance to build enduring connections and handle operational issues between partners and the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, as well as four to five years of sales experience in the IT sector. You should have excellent analytical skills and the ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data. Adaptability and superior problem-solving skills are also essential. Arabic language proficiency is required, and a commitment to coaching rather than managing is preferred. Comfortable working in a challenging environment.
