Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue through strategic partnerships. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT sector, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue through strategic partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with key clients and suppliers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring ongoing commercial collaborations.
  • Provide exceptional support and assistance to partners, addressing operational issues and promoting long-term connections.
  • Lead a team of account managers, overseeing menu management, content optimization, and commission renegotiation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience in the IT sector.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing business teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
  • Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and Arabic language proficiency are essential.
  • Commitment to coaching rather than managing, with a focus on building highly productive teams.
