We are a market leader in key segments such as Nissan Middle East, commanding the highest market share. Our active investment division explores opportunities in the real estate sector, focusing on leisure, residential, and commercial projects in neighboring countries, providing us with a steady stream of additional revenues.
Your responsibilities will include conducting business meetings for a minimum of 80 customer visits (companies, groups) per month to present department offers and maintain relationships, recommending suitable models as per their requirements. You will also be responsible for answering all customer queries about vehicles, specifications, prices, availability of stock, warranty, and credit & finance terms, providing suitable matching offers (Direct purchase or Lease), product presentations, negotiations, and proper closing, further coordinating for deliveries.
You will contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate vehicle features and options along with test drives, if needed. Additionally, you will consult with clients about their service requirements and coordinate with Aftersales for service and warranty terms, providing ongoing support. You will follow up with other departments (Logistics, Ordering, Credit & Finance) to check and complete the sales processes.
Maintaining a thorough understanding of fleet market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales is crucial. You will obtain credit information about customers and all statements information. Moreover, you will prepare daily sales tracking reports, quotations, and competitors' information to send to the admin coordinator for analysis.
Specific knowledge and skills required for this position include selling skills, bilingual capabilities, strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, a customer-centric approach, and effective communication skills. A university degree in Business Administration and minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position or related to business are preferred qualifications.
