About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our large account portfolio. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for generating new leads, nurturing relationships, and increasing revenue through targeted sales strategies.

The Sales Manager will also be responsible for writing RFPs to secure large accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions, identifying and targeting government entities as potential clients for Ooredoo Kuwait's services, and conducting thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and pain points.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 5 years of related work experience in Kuwait, excellent presentation skills, well-connected in the business community with strong networking potential and the ability to relate to people at all levels, and fluent verbal/written communication in both Arabic and English.
