The Purpose:

As a key member of our B2B Collection team, you will play a vital role in proactively responding to billing enquiries and contacting customers to advise them of unpaid accounts and arrange for a timely settlement.

You will also be responsible for preparing staff commission and implementing a monthly and quarterly collection plan to enhance cash flow.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  1. Work towards achieving individual collection targets.
  2. Undertake actions required by the system and update the database continually.
  3. Set monthly target for collection team members.
  4. Implement a collection plan to boost collections and meet company targets.
  5. Supervise and support B2B collection team members to enhance performance.
  6. Coordinate with internal parties to solve customer issues and resolve system problems.
  7. Review and monitor aging reports to minimize bad debts.
  8. Provide daily, monthly, and quarterly collection analysis reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in business or a related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.

Requirements:

  1. 3-4 years' experience in customer service and/or administration.
  2. Good negotiation skills.
  3. Fluent verbal and written communication in English.
  4. Team leadership and coaching skills.
  5. Background in workout/recovery plans with a minimum of 2 years at a supervisory level.
  6. Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment.
  7. Strong knowledge of billing systems.
