The Purpose:

Proactively respond to billing enquiries and contact customers to advise them of unpaid accounts and arrange for a timely settlement. Prepare Staff Commission.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  1. Work to achieving individual collection targets.
  2. Undertake all actions required by the system and update the database continually.
  3. Set monthly target for collection team.
  4. Implement and establish (monthly & quarterly) collection plan to enhance the cash flow.
  5. Supervise and support B2B collection team members to boost collections and meet company target.
  6. Coordinate with internal parties (Finance, Sales, IT) to solve and accomplish customer issues and resolve system issues. Monthly reviewing and monitoring aging report, targeting to minimize bad debts.
  7. Providing daily, monthly & quarterly collection analysis report. Proactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
  8. Other duties as directed by supervisor or other superiors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree or diploma in business or a related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution.

Requirements:

  1. Required 3-4 years related experience in customer service and/or administration.
  2. Good negotiation skills.
  3. Fluent verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
  4. Team leadership and coaching skills.
  5. Background in workout/recovery plans, with a minimum of 2 years at a supervisory level.
  6. Ability to operate in a diverse multicultural, multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities. MS Office.
  7. Good knowledge of telecommunications products, services and procedures.
  8. Strong knowledge of billing systems.
