The Role:
Key Accountabilities and Activities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Identify and target government entities as potential clients for Ooredoo Kuwait's services.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within organizations.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and pain points.
- Present tailored solutions that address clients' challenges and align with their objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure business deals with government accounts.
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate new leads and opportunities within the B2B sector.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Develop strategic approaches to engage and win new business.
- Utilize networking and relationship-building skills to expand the client base and increase market penetration.
- Lead the RFP process from initiation to submission, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information and develop comprehensive proposals that meet client requirements.
- Draft proposals that highlight Ooredoo Kuwait's unique value proposition and competitive advantages.
- Manage negotiations and follow-up activities to secure contracts and agreements.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and government regulations to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative sales strategies and solutions.
- Continuously optimize sales processes and approaches to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction, drive customer loyalty, and secure long-term business partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote Ooredoo Kuwait's products and services and identify new business opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B sales, and leverage insights to refine sales strategies, tactics, and offerings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor in business or a related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.
Other Information:
- At least 5 years related work experience in Kuwait.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Well connected in the business community with strong networking potential and the ability to relate to people at all levels.
- Fluent verbal/written communication in both Arabic and English.
