About the Role

The Director of B2B Sales Operations will lead the front-line sales team in acquiring and retaining Ooredoo B2B customers to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets. You will be responsible for managing the KAM daily work and developing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement business development plans targeting B2B customers in Kuwait to ensure growth.
  2. Supervise the daily work of Key Account Managers in charge of increasing sales of Ooredoo products and services.
  3. Assess customers' needs through constant consultation before and after sale to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
  4. Ensure Ooredoo Business requirements for lead management in building a healthy sales funnel using salesforce management systems such as RAS, Seibel, etc.
  5. Achieve and communicate to the reporting line the Mobile business (voice line and data targets) and ICT business as determined by the Senior Manager, SME & SOHO.
  6. Achieve and communicate to the reporting line the revenue targets determined by the Senior Manager, SME & SOHO.
  7. Support the Key Account Manager who has personal contacts to deal with large multinationals, with technical issues and relationship management, as required.
