Business Development Director for Key Accounts in Kuwait

This is a full-time on-site role in Kuwait City, overseeing key accounts and developing sales strategies to achieve targets.
Responsibilities:- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Sales strategy development and execution skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Able to lead and motivate a sales team
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
We offer a competitive salary of KD 5,500 - 6,000 per month, depending on experience. Benefits include:
