Key Account Manager for FMCG Industry

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Procapita Group. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales, distribution, and marketing of fast-moving consumer goods in the FMCG industry.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have experience in managing key accounts and building strong relationships with retailers and distributors. They will also have a comprehensive understanding of the FMCG industry and be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and increase market share
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to stay informed about consumer trends and competitor activities
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth
- Implement and maintain CRM systems to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 6 years experience in managing key accounts or a similar role
- Strong computer literacy and ability to use CRM systems
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
