We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Channel Manager to join our team.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans to ensure that strategic and financial targets are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Commercial Strategy: Create and implement commercial strategies, including product strategy, MSRP policy, and channel policy.
- Distributor Network: Develop a network of distributors to cover CCTV, IT, and electronic channels.
- Customer Management: Manage existing chain shops and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Data Analysis: Monitor order, inventory, and sales data to identify problems and opportunities.
- Marketing Activities: Plan and execute channel marketing and promotional activities to increase sales.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop brand awareness and support marketing activities, including product launches, social media, and counter activities.
- Market Research: Conduct market research, collect competitive product information, price strategies, and promotional activities, then analyze and develop relevant strategic countermeasures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in sales within CCTV, IT, and electronic channels, with experience in the Smart Home segment being a significant advantage.
- Skills: Excellent market insight and planning ability, sales data analysis ability, and business negotiation ability. Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Language: Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Travel: Accustomed to frequent business trips.
