Job Title: Vertical Channel Account Manager - Oil & Gas Solutions Expert



Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Vertical Channel Account Manager to join our Motorola Solutions team, specializing in oil and gas security solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the video surveillance and access control market, with a proven track record of strategic account management and solution sales.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to drive corporate growth through product expansion, partnerships, and alliances.
  • Identify trends and opportunities in the market, develop strategic direction, and create compelling market analysis presentations.
  • Present Motorola's value proposition and demonstrate key attributes of our video security and access control portfolio.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders in the oil and gas security and safety sector.


Requirements:




  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the video surveillance and access control market.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles, IP communication, CCTV, and access control.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with a minimum of 50% international travel required.
