Channel Sales Specialist, Bahrain

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement country and account-level strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and address potential blind spots to ensure comprehensive Medtronic representation.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to drive EMEA RLM-wide strategies and support the region and IC lead teams.
- Serve as the primary contact for cross-functional projects and information exchange with Strategic Marketing Enterprise (SME) and Strategic Account Accelerators (SAA) enablers.
- A bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with local regulations and market dynamics.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (an advantage).
- Ability to travel 25%+ of the time.
