Job Title: Channel Sales Specialist, Bahrain

At Medtronic, we're committed to delivering innovative healthcare solutions that improve lives. As a Channel Sales Specialist in Bahrain, you'll play a critical role in driving our commercial strategy and building strong relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement country and account-level strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and address potential blind spots to ensure comprehensive Medtronic representation.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to drive EMEA RLM-wide strategies and support the region and IC lead teams.
  • Serve as the primary contact for cross-functional projects and information exchange with Strategic Marketing Enterprise (SME) and Strategic Account Accelerators (SAA) enablers.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with local regulations and market dynamics.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (an advantage).
  • Ability to travel 25%+ of the time.
