Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Alghanim Industries. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers, driving sales growth, and identifying opportunities to expand our market share.
Job DescriptionAs a Key Account Manager, your primary goal will be to develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and preferences, identify potential areas of improvement, and implement solutions to address these needs.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to build trust and loyalty
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship-building efforts
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including sales calls, meetings, and correspondence
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
Skills and Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex customer needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and achieving goals
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and a bonus structure based on individual performance and company results.
