At Medtronic, we're committed to alleviating pain, restoring health, and extending life. As a Channel Sales Specialist, you'll play a critical role in achieving this mission by leading the commercial operations of our business in Bahrain.

Responsibilities include managing the overall operations, achieving commercial objectives, managing the P&L, building relationships with key customers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services to the market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement country and account-level strategies, value propositions, and go-to-market plans.
  • Identify new revenue and commercial opportunities and address potential blind spots to ensure comprehensive Medtronic representation.
  • Liaise with other enablers to drive EMEA RLM-wide strategies for IM.
  • Control and monitor the execution of contracts, using commercial tools and leading the price strategy per distributor in accordance with country price strategies per product category.

Required knowledge and experience include a bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, familiarity with local regulations & market dynamics, fluency in English, and fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
