About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Growth Executive to join our team at Gulf Cryo. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial and technical sales growth of Specialty Gas Products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive specialty gas sales within the assigned region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and secure long-term supply agreements.
  • Maintain a pipeline of target accounts, generating and qualifying leads through CRM tools.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct regular sales visits and provide visit reports to track customer engagement.

Sales Operations & Coordination:

  • Utilize CRM systems effectively to optimize sales processes and reporting.
  • Establish pricing structures and secure profitable new business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience in industrial/specialty gases or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
