Job Title: Sales Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development & Business Growth
- Develop and expand new customer relationships.
- Analyze market trends to identify business opportunities.
- Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Lead commercial negotiations, bidding processes, and contract execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Customer Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand presence.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Sales Acumen: Strong business development, negotiation, and contract management skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Middle East oil and gas markets and international trade regulations.
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
