Corporate Events and Sales Strategist

Job Description
As a Corporate Events and Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for leading the sales and event planning process. Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities and close sales deals. You will work closely with our internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure the successful execution of events. In addition, you will maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and prospect new clients and business opportunities within the corporate events industry.
- Client Consultation and Proposal Development: Meet with clients to understand their event needs, budgets, and requirements. Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and pricing packages that meet their expectations.
- Sales and Negotiation: Close sales deals and negotiate terms, pricing, and packages that align with client budgets. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Event Coordination and Management: Act as the primary contact for clients during the sales and event planning process. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure successful event execution.
- Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction: Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after the event.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. Additionally, you should have at least 2 years of experience in sales or event management roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential for success in this position. Familiarity with event industry trends, venues, and logistics is also beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is required.
