The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of their customers' industry and business processes, which may include an industry or vertical focus such as Banking, Healthcare, or Manufacturing. They will promote the adoption of technology by helping the customer optimize the utilization of our products, demonstrating features beyond core functionality, and ensuring Best Practice adoption.
As a key point of contact for the customer in a post-sales production environment, the Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) will proactively coordinate with any other cross-functional team or organization inside the company.
