Unlock your potential in a dynamic environment at Roche, where innovation meets purpose. We are seeking a Financial Development Professional to join our team for a 12-month rotational development program.

As a Financial Development Professional, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders and teams, including finance, supply chain, sales, marketing, technical service, and applications. You will collect data from numerous sources, clean and analyze it to support report generation, and provide actionable insights and analysis reports based on data to support decision-making efforts.

Your responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation of financial reports, performing data verification and backup, maintaining databases, managing and coordinating key financial measurements, and advising on corrective actions. You will also monitor variances, track receivables, and follow up on discrepancies, conduct business studies, review customer accounts, contractual terms, and define deviations.

We offer an estimated salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This compensation package reflects the value we place on our employees' skills and contributions.

Requirements:

  • You hold a BSc and/or MSc degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economy, Business Administration, or any related area.
  • You are at an early stage in your career; fresh graduates will be preferred.
  • You have a basic understanding of the healthcare system (preferred).
  • You are eager to work with diverse cultures.
  • You are curious, passionate about learning new things, and possess a high degree of integrity and courage.
  • You have excellent communication and innovative skills.
