Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sales Account Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of our software solutions and professional services. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with customers to position our products and services as the best solution for their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in using subsurface geomodelling software for static modelling of reservoirs (O&G, Geothermal, CCS or Upstream related applications).
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales quota.
- Achieve assigned objectives of sales pipeline development.
- Manage day-to-day sales process, coordinate account meetings, and coordinate sales support resources.
- Provide sales and executive management with account updates, sales forecasts, etc.
- Coordinate and lead multidivisional account teams.
- Work as a team member on sales efforts involving global account opportunities.
- Develop and maintain customer contacts at assigned accounts.
Requirements:
- University degree preferred.
- Extensive experience selling to customers in the Energy/Petroleum/Engineering industry.
- Demonstrated track record in successful direct sales of software solutions.
- Proficient at establishing and cultivating 'C' level consultative relationships.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Self-discipline and motivation to produce results with indirect supervision.
- Specific industry knowledge and experience.
- Familiarity with Aspen or similar products.
- International company experience.
