At United Beverage Company K.S.C.C, we are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Executive to join our team. As a Key Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, and developing strategic plans to meet client needs and achieve company objectives.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue them effectively.
- Promote the company's products and services through presentations and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Provide regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market insights to management.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record in account management or sales.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- A willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
