Job Responsibilities:
  • Developing Long-Term Relationships: Foster strong, enduring connections with a portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Liaising Between Customers and Internal Teams: Collaborate between customers and cross-functional internal teams to guarantee timely and successful delivery of service and solutions according to customer needs.
  • Operating as the Lead Point-of-Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for any matters specific to your customers, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
Key Qualifications:
  • Education: A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Work Experience: 5-7 years of experience in direct sales activities, with a proven track record of success in a similar field.
  • Other Competencies :
    • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex mathematical analysis and calculus.
    • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to develop new solutions to problems and identify the root cause of issues.
    • Teamwork: Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
    • Listening Skills: Strong listening skills, with the ability to listen attentively to workers, teammates, end users, and management.
    • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate plans, thoughts, and rationale clearly and concisely.
