Client Relationship Manager Job

Job Description:

Jazeera Airways is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and participating in trade events.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients that drive revenue growth.
  2. Address client complaints and provide exceptional customer care.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
  4. Maintain relationships with the corporate & government sector.
  5. Foster partnerships with small and mid-size enterprises.
  6. Meet sales targets to drive business growth.
  7. Understand customers' needs and provide tailored solutions.
  8. Prepare sales reports and analyze performance.
  9. Negotiate agreements and close sales.
  10. Promote brand awareness of Jazeera Airways products & services.
  11. Provide market insights to management.
  12. Represent the organization at trade events.
