We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Sales Executive to join our team in Kuwait. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate sales strategies within the Kuwaiti and Qatari markets, focusing on B2B and B2M customers in the fine fragrance industry.

Sales Strategy

Your primary goal will be to grow Moellhausen's market share, increase brand awareness, and pursue new business partnerships and opportunities. This includes maintaining and growing ongoing business to achieve defined fragrance sales objectives, as well as developing preferential relationships with key customers and setting up new key accounts.

Responsibilities
  1. Carry out recurring customer visits to present new launches and win project briefs and orders
  2. Identify target customer personas and develop ideal sales pipelines to maximize conversion
  3. Develop strategic partnerships with different stakeholders in the fragrance industry
  4. Attend relevant exhibitions and conferences within Kuwait & Qatar
  5. Develop and present sales proposals and plans while maximizing marginality and minimizing risks
  6. Monitor timeline of project development, sample submissions, order shipments, and payments
  7. Report activity on commercial progress using internal CRM and ERP systems frequently
  8. Follow up on submitted samples and R&D related activities and projects
  9. Analyze the fragrance market within Kuwait & Qatar for new trends and fast-moving fragrances
  10. Perform comprehensive product presentations to various business partners
  11. Manage customer complaints and convert them to opportunities
  12. Liaise internally with various departments and team members (Customer service, R&D, logistics...)
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the Fine Fragrance and perfumes industry
  • Client-facing experience in sales of perfumes and fine fragrances in Kuwait & Qatar
  • B2B experience is mandatory, and knowledge of the perfume ecosystem in Kuwait & Qatar
  • Experience working on ERP systems (Dynamics, SAP or other equivalent system)
  • Experience in liaising internally with evaluators, perfumers, FDM's, and technical teams
  • Basic understanding of importation processes for fragrances from Europe is a plus
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is KD 4,500 - KD 6,000 per month, depending on experience.
