At United Beverage Company K.S.C.C, we are seeking an exceptional Key Account Development Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the Food & Beverage Production industry.

**Job Overview**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who can drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction through strategic planning and effective communication. As a Key Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and preparing presentations to showcase products and services.

**Responsibilities**

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction
* Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue them effectively
* Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing products and services
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability
* Provide regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market insights to management
* Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns
* Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company and its offerings
* Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a proven track record in account management or sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is also essential. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are an advantage. Willingness to travel as required for client meetings is necessary.

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary for this position is approximately $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
