Kuwait Sales and Account Development Executive

Salary: $8,000 - $12,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description: As a Sales Account Manager at Aquasan Kuwait, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Conducting quality testing on construction materials to ensure compliance with approved standards and specifications, including tests for durability, strength, safety, and thermal efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with local and international standards, including environmental regulations and safety codes.
• Assessing and approving suppliers based on their ability to provide high-quality materials consistently.
• Maintaining thorough documentation of all approved materials and providing necessary certifications.
• Regularly monitoring and inspecting materials used in ongoing projects to ensure continued compliance.
• Managing accounts for long-term success, establishing good rapport with clients, and developing new sales opportunities.
• Supervising representatives to ensure increased sales, preparing reports on accounts and transactions, tracking account targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, and strong customer service skills, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
