Job Title: Business Development Manager for Building Materials

Award-winning Aquasan Kuwait is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the building materials sector. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills and expertise in sales, account management, and business development.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will also oversee the management of accounts to ensure long-term success, establish good rapport with clients, and develop new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality testing on construction materials to ensure compliance with approved standards and specifications.
  • Evaluate suppliers based on their ability to provide high-quality materials consistently.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all approved materials and provide necessary certifications.
  • Regularly monitor and inspect materials used in ongoing projects to ensure continued compliance.
  • Manage accounts for long-term success.
  • Establish good rapport with clients.
  • Develop new sales opportunities.
  • Supervise representatives to ensure increased sales.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
