Job Summary: As a Sales Consultant at Alghanim Industries, your primary responsibility will be to sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals. You will advise customers on the insurance policies that best suit their needs and explain features, advantages, and disadvantages of various policies to promote the sale of insurance plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise customers on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.
  • Explain features, advantages, and disadvantages of various policies to promote the sale of insurance plans.
  • Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, and credit terms.
  • Determine clients' particular needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments.
  • Quote prices, credit terms, and other specifications.
  • Contact underwriter and obtain underwriting approval by completing the application for coverage.
  • Present clients with alternatives that include new and/or improved insurance coverage based on their current needs.
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills (English & Arabic).
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Sales-oriented and responsive to client inquiries and concerns.
