Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Specialist at KIB, you will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining customer relationships with prime HNW individual customers.
Key Responsibilities- Promote KIB's products and services to deliver personalized banking solutions and maintain profitable relationships with premier customers.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and profit growth by proactively selling KIB's products and services to target customers.
- Conduct ongoing research studies on competitor behavior and market conditions to inform business decisions.
- Schedule personal visits to prime customers to cross-sell KIB products/services and enhance relationships.
- Research and analyze HNW customer needs and report to management for any changes that need to take place.
- Follow up on the execution of HNW customer requests and ensure their satisfaction.
- Complete regular reviews with clients to understand their current and long-term financial needs and advise them on differentiated products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
