Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Business Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and ensuring the success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for performing secretarial and administrative duties with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- You will provide exceptional support to internal departments, including typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Your responsibilities will also include entering data, maintaining databases, keeping records, liaising with internal departments, and answering calls.
- You will be responsible for all Hotels & Travel arrangements, managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management, scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Additionally, you will copy, scan, and send documents, take notes, prepare the office for scheduled events, arrange refreshments if required, order office supplies and replacements, and manage mail and courier services.
- You will also support other departments in certain jobs and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Requirements
- We require a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and experience with database management systems is highly desirable.
