Job Description

As a key member of our team at Jahez Kuwait, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our restaurant partners. Your primary focus will be on driving partner success and contributing to the overall growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners as their primary point of contact to support their performance on the Jahez platform.
  • Monitor key metrics such as sales and order volume, identify growth opportunities, and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Oversee partner onboarding, provide training on platform tools, and resolve operational challenges to maintain strong, productive relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer success (preferably in food delivery, tech, or hospitality).
  • A results-driven attitude with a passion for building partnerships and driving growth.
