About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Lead with exceptional communication skills to drive revenue growth and lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase market penetration.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to enhance their skills and product knowledge, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting to ensure timely delivery of sales targets.
• Customer Acquisition: Drive the acquisition of new customers through effective sales strategies and relationship-building techniques.
• Market Expansion: Increase market penetration in key segments by analyzing market trends and adapting sales strategies accordingly.
• Performance Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and actionable insights to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
• Training & Development: Conduct team training sessions/month to enhance skills and product knowledge, ensuring the team remains competitive in the market.

Qualifications:
• Language Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written English skills are essential for this role.
• 5+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills; experience managing team members is required.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Pipedrive) and sales analytics software is necessary for this role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse clients and stakeholders.
