We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team, focusing on driving revenue growth in packing, removals, and local move services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the packing and removals market and local moves.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the packing and removals and local moves in the logistics industry.
