Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Jazeera Airways.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with key clients in the UAE.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Address and resolve client complaints, providing timely and effective customer care and after-sales service.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with the corporate & government sector, focusing on small and mid-size enterprises.
  • Work towards targeted sales goals to identify new business opportunities.
  • Understand customers' businesses and requirements, preparing reports and statistics to inform sales development.
  • Negotiate agreements and close sales, promoting Jazeera Airways products and services.
  • Gather market and competitor information to provide management with relevant intelligence.
  • Represent the organization at trade exhibitions and events.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in key account management in the UAE.
  • The ability to build rapport with key clients and handle multiple client accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills, as well as exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
Estimated Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
