Strategic Sales Growth Manager

At Mohamed Abdulrahman Al Bahar, we are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Field Sales Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with key clients in the Food & Beverage Production industry.
About This RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who can effectively manage accounts, develop strategic sales plans, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and enhancing the company's market presence in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Strategic Sales Plans: Create and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Maintain Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that align with sales objectives.
- Sales Reporting and Performance Monitoring: Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Team Leadership and Support: Provide training and support to junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
- Industry Knowledge and Networking: Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company's products.
We are looking for a candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record in sales, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector. The ideal candidate should have excellent negotiation and presentation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A willingness to travel within the region as required is also essential. Strong organizational and time management skills, a passion for the food and beverage industry, and a minimum of 2 years' experience in Kuwait (FMCG) are also highly desirable.
